Key Responsibilities Of The Controller

Lead and mentor the accounting team through a period of transformation and growth
Oversee monthly close, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance for US operations
Serve as primary liaison to Group CFO; ensure all legal, tax, and statutory filings are delivered accurately and on time
Drive process improvements and implement cost management initiatives, leveraging manufacturing and systems expertise
Champion data integrity and strategic financial planning to support long-term business objectives

Must-Have Skills/Experience (Required)

Active CPA credential
10 years of accounting experience, including manufacturing sector exposure
Proven ability to lead teams and deliver process improvements in complex organizations
