The Program Manager
(Workforce Developer & Recruiter Manager) will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing workforce development initiatives to help individuals cultivate essential skills, access employment opportunities, and achieve their career goals. This role requires a strong understanding of workforce development strategies, recruitment practices, and a passion for guiding individuals toward meaningful employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and manage workforce development programs and strategies
- Deliver training programs and provide participant coaching and support
- Build and maintain employer and community partnerships
- Coordinate recruitment efforts and match candidates with opportunities
- Oversee program logistics, staff, reporting, and compliance
- Monitor program outcomes and identify areas for improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in workforce development and recruitment
- Strong communication, leadership, and data analysis skills
