We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Controller to join our team. As a Document Controller, you will be responsible for managing and organizing all company documents, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update all company documents and records
- Ensure all documents are properly formatted, labeled, and stored
- Monitor and track document changes and revisions
- Coordinate with various departments to gather and update documents
- Ensure all documents are in compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist in the development and implementation of document control procedures
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Document Controller or similar role
- Proficient in document management software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Oil & Gas domain
