Role: Python Developer with AI/ML
Location: McLean, VA - Onsite
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Python development
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
- Experience in developing Machine Learning models and predictive analytics
- Knowledge of NLP, Generative AI, LLMs, or Deep Learning concepts
- Experience with REST APIs and microservices
- Strong SQL and database knowledge (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS/Google Cloud Platform/Azure
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with data processing tools like Pandas, NumPy
- Understanding of version control tools like Git
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable Python applications
- Build, train, test, and deploy AI/ML models
- Work with large datasets for data analysis and feature engineering
- Integrate AI/ML solutions into existing applications
- Optimize model performance and scalability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for solution design and implementation
- Troubleshoot and debug production issues
- Follow best coding practices and documentation standards
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Generative AI, OpenAI APIs, LangChain, RAG
- Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment
- Experience with vector databases like Pinecone or FAISS
- Exposure to Apache Spark or Databricks
