We're partnered with a crypto infrastructure company building high-performance backend systems used to process and route large volumes of real-time transactional data.
The engineering team is heavily focused on reliability, scalability and performance, with Rust being a core part of the stack.
The role includes:
- Building and scaling backend services in Rust
- Designing distributed systems handling real-time data flows
- Improving system throughput and reliability
- Working on infrastructure used across trading, payments and blockchain systems
- Optimising performance in latency-sensitive environments
Ideal background:
- 3+ years backend engineering experience
- Strong commercial Rust experience
- Experience with distributed systems or high-scale backend services
- Interest in performance-focused engineering environments
Experience from trading, fintech, infrastructure or crypto companies is highly relevant.
