Compensation: up to $125,000 base

Key Responsibilities For The Controller
- Own the full accounting cycle, including month-end and year-end close Prepare and deliver GAAP-compliant financial statements and reporting packages
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
- Oversee inventory accounting, costing, and controls
- Provide financial insights on margins, profitability, and performance drivers
- Support ERP optimization and system integrations as the company scales
Qualifications For The Controller
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including Controller-level, Accounting Manager or Senior Accountant leadership
- Proven ability to independently manage the full close and financial reporting process
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite ERP
