What's the Job?
- Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering.
- Review and analyze multifaceted, large-scale, or long-term Software Engineering challenges requiring in-depth evaluation.
- Contribute to resolving complex situations by understanding policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate strategically with client personnel and technical teams to develop innovative solutions.
- Lead and support the development of enterprise-scale AI and automation solutions, ensuring scalability and robustness.
What's Needed?
- 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, demonstrated through work, training, military service, or education.
- Hands-on experience with full stack development using Java, .Net, or Python.
- Proficiency with modern UI frameworks such as React, Angular, or Node.
- Experience with AI-driven development, data analysis, and scalable AI software solutions.
- Strong understanding of enterprise AI model lifecycle management, compliance, and risk mitigation strategies.
