Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Program / Project Manager to lead large-scale transformation initiatives, specifically focused on Data Transformation and Cloud Migration. This is a high-priority role requiring strong leadership, strategic oversight, and the ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large transformation programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Manage Data Transformation and Cloud Migration initiatives across multiple teams
- Develop and maintain program plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and external vendors
- Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery
- Drive governance, reporting, and communication across all levels of the organization
- Ensure adherence to best practices in program and project management
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programs (must-have)
- Strong background in Data Transformation and Cloud Migration projects
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in enterprise environments
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- PMP, PgMP, or similar certifications are a plus
