Job Title: React Developer with Python
Location: Chicago, IL 5 Days Onsite
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 12 months with possible extension
Job Description:
- Frontend (React)
- Build user interfaces using React and Vite, focusing on responsiveness and accessibility.
- Collaborate with designers and product managers to turn Figma mockups into real, working UI screens.
- Write and maintain tests:
- Unit tests with Vitest
- End-to-end tests with Playwright
- Improve performance, accessibility, and create reusable UI components.
Backend (Python)
- Develop and maintain backend services using Python.
- Design and implement API endpoints, including validation and integrations with other services.
- Write tests using Pytest and follow good practices like TDD.
Work with databases:
- Use MySQL
- Use ORM tools like SQL Alchemy
- Handle migrations with Alembic
