The Role
• Lead the vision, architecture, and deployment of AI solutions that address operational challenges in education.
• Translate business needs into scalable AI infrastructure, leveraging generative AI and Large Language Models.
• Rapidly prototype and build Proofs of Concept and Minimum Viable Products.
• Design and deploy production-grade AI agents, ensuring scalability and performance monitoring.
• Establish reusable AI stack templates and low-code tools to empower non-technical team members.
• Develop Prompt Blueprints and best practices for AI implementation, ensuring compliance with security audits.
What You'll Need
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience building integrations using APIs between applications.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, SQL, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Node.js).
• Experience with frequent, incremental code testing and deployment practices.
• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, TensorFlow, or PyTorch is preferred.
