Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in business, management, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as PMP or PgMP preferred.
- Experience in firmware-related program management is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Establish program objectives, timelines, milestones, and budgets aligned with organizational strategy.
- Lead, coordinate, and monitor all program activities, including project managers and team members.
- Communicate program status, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders.
- Ensure integration and alignment across projects to maximize efficiency and outcomes.
- Evaluate program performance against defined success criteria and conduct post-program reviews.
- Resolve complex issues that impact multiple projects within the program.
