- Proven experience delivering enterprise IT infrastructure programs
- Expertise in managing multiple interdependent technology upgrades
- Strong capability in program scheduling, dependencies, and timelines
- Hands-on experience with risk, cost, contingency, and change management
- Ability to manage delivery across multiple vendors and technology stacks
- Strong understanding of current-state to future-state infrastructure transformation
- Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience producing executive-level program reports and dashboards
- Solid knowledge of program governance and documentation standards
