OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE: Controller
- The Controller will own financial reporting and oversee day-to-day accounting operations
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Prepare and review financial statements
- Oversee cost accounting and related analysis
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and budget vs. actuals
- Lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff
QUALIFICATIONS: Controller
- Strong Excel skills
- BS in Accounting or related field
- Manufacturing industry and cost accounting experience
