Must-Have Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management, strategic operations, or IT/network infrastructure delivery across multiple sites
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals: LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routing & switching, VPN, SD-WAN, DNS, DHCP
- Proven experience in program/project management, including governance, process design, and cross-functional coordination
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI, including building dashboards, scorecards, and reports
- Solid understanding of data modeling concepts and ability to work with log/telemetry data to generate actionable insights
- Experience working with network monitoring/observability tools (e.g., Splunk, Grafana, ThousandEyes, or similar)
- Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow for incident, change, and workflow management
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and drive execution across stakeholders
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across engineering, operations, and external partners
- Experience working in fast-paced, complex environments with multiple priorities
