RPA Lead Developer | Hybrid
We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!
The Role
• Lead end-to-end automation delivery and guide development teams in building scalable, high-quality RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Review RPA solution designs, enforce coding standards, and ensure alignment with architectural standards and SDLC/Agile processes.
• Prepare detailed design documentation and collaborate with Architects and SMEs for requirement assessments and effort estimations.
• Develop Proofs of Concept (POCs) for new automation capabilities and identify opportunities for automation initiatives.
• Plan and execute unit, integration, and SIT test cases, coordinating UAT and supporting defect resolution.
• Integrate NLP, OCR, and AI/GenAI capabilities within RPA solutions.
What You'll Need
• 7+ years of hands-on RPA/automation development experience with a strong track record in designing and building complex automations using UiPath capabilities.
• Proficiency across core UiPath components including Studio, Orchestrator, RE Framework, Queues, Triggers, Assets, and Exception Handling.
• Strong programming background in .NET, VB, C++, or similar Microsoft technologies, with the ability to write SQL queries.
• Experience in conducting RPA opportunity assessments and integrating AI/ML capabilities into RPA workflows.
• Demonstrated experience supporting business case development and presenting proof of value for automation initiatives.
