We are seeking an experienced Security Program Manager to support and lead vulnerability management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong cybersecurity background with proven experience managing security programs, coordinating remediation efforts, and driving cross-functional security initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage vulnerability management and cybersecurity programs.
Coordinate with security, infrastructure, application, and business teams to track and remediate vulnerabilities.
Drive security project execution, risk mitigation, and compliance initiatives.
Monitor vulnerability assessment results and ensure timely remediation.
Manage stakeholder communications, reporting, and executive-level updates.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall security posture and operational efficiency.
Track project timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
Support governance, risk, and compliance activities related to cybersecurity programs.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience as a Security Program Manager or Cybersecurity Program Manager.
Solid understanding of vulnerability management processes and security operations.
Experience working in cybersecurity environments and handling security initiatives.
Strong project/program management experience.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple security projects simultaneously.
Experience with enterprise security tools and remediation coordination is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Background in cybersecurity, information security, or risk management.
Experience with vulnerability management platforms and security frameworks.
Relevant certifications such as PMP, CISSP, CISM, or Security+ are a plus.
Work Model
Hybrid role requiring 3 days onsite in Arlington, TX.
Note
Candidates with strong cybersecurity specialization and vulnerability management leadership experience will be highly preferred.
