The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of internal web-based applications and data platforms.
You will play a key role in building scalable solutions that support data, analytics, and operational systems, while ensuring security and performance across cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, development, and deployment of web-based applications
- Build and maintain internal platforms for data management and analytics
- Integrate applications with databases, APIs, and internal systems
- Ensure secure handling of sensitive data within cloud environments
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver solutions
- Drive innovation and best practices in software development
- Manage deployment schedules and platform enhancements
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, OR
- Master’s degree with 2+ years of experience in software development
Required Technical Skills (minimum 2 years experience):
- Back-end web development
- SQL database development
- Ruby on Rails
- Vue.js
- MSSQL and PostgreSQL
- Git
- Sidekiq
- Docker
- RSpec
