Experience Requirements

Team & Function Overview
- Focused on developer community programs and engagement initiatives
- Works across a matrixed stakeholder environment including product, marketing, and community teams
- Supports reporting and visibility across multiple groups
Core Responsibilities
- Manage and grow Discord community (16.5K+ members), including daily engagement, weekly announcements, event setup, and coordination with moderators and service team stakeholders
- Own and scale community programs (e.g., Champions program), including feedback sessions, engagement assessments, backlog tracking, and translating insights into product requests
- Operationalize community spotlight initiatives by sourcing developer testimonials and coordinating content creation and amplification
- Monitor Reddit community (6.5K+ members) for sentiment, trends, bugs, and feature requests
- Produce weekly community reports consolidating insights across platforms, including engagement, trends, and community health metrics
- Coordinate community initiatives such as user group activations, virtual hackathons, and in-person events
- Manage and support broader community-driven programs
- Coordinate initiatives across stakeholders in a matrixed environment
- Develop and maintain reporting to provide visibility into program performance
