JVM Ecosystem Java Kotlin Groovy
- Java Kotlin Expert development of backend microservices leveraging Kotlin for modern concise serverside logic and Java for core enterprise systems
- Groovy Proficiency in using Groovy for scripting automation and enhancing build pipelines eg Jenkins or Gradle
- Frameworks Deep experience with Spring Boot Micronaut or similar JVMbased frameworks

Key Responsibilities AMS Context
- FullStack Application Support Lead the resolution of Tier 2 and Tier 3 incidents across a diverse technology stackfrom UI glitches and API failures to complex PLSQL logic errors
- Complex Change Requests Translate requirements from Global Supply Chain Finance and Marketing leads into technical specifications Design and implement endtoend enhancements
- Root Cause Analysis RCA Perform deepdive analysis on system crashes data discrepancies or performance degradation implementing permanent architectural fixes
- SLA Stewardship Ensure all applications meet strict Service Level Agreements SLAs for our 247 global operations
- Modernization Refactoring Proactively identify opportunities to refactor legacy JavaPLSQL code into modern KotlinTypeScript architectures
- Technical Mentorship Act as the Subject Matter Expert SME for the polyglot stack in the India hub providing guidance to junior developers and support analysts
Preferred Skills
- Oracle Certified Professional OCP in PLSQL or Database Administration
- Red Hat Certified System Administrator RHCSA
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments on RHEL
