The Role
• Lead and contribute to teams developing algorithms, mathematical-physical models, and prototype software for ISRT and BMC2 applications.
• Drive the development of new signal processing, image processing, multi-sensor data fusion, and resource optimization techniques.
• Lead and support teams in creating and analyzing new modeling, simulation, and analytical methods and tools.
• Contribute to the development and analysis of new ISRT concepts and architectures.
• Oversee and participate in field tests and experiments, including planning, execution, and data analysis.
• Document and present team results to managers, sponsors, and at technical workshops and conferences.
What You'll Need
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, applied mathematics, computer science, physics, or a related field.
• At least seven years of relevant technical experience.
• Expertise in areas such as remote sensing, signal/image processing, data fusion, statistical analysis, mathematical optimization, pattern recognition, machine learning, or artificial intelligence.
• Proficiency in programming languages like MATLAB, Python, C++, and Java, and experience in Linux environments.
• Domain knowledge in ISR processes, US military and intelligence community systems, kill chain concepts, targeting, C2, and threat systems.
• Proven ability to lead teams and complex technical efforts.
• Active Top Secret security clearance, with the ability to obtain TS/SCI.
