The Role
- Configure, support, and optimize core business systems, primarily Yardi Voyager and related platforms
- Ensure system integrity, accurate data flow, and alignment between technology and business processes
- Manage system configuration, user setup, permissions, and ongoing maintenance
- Serve as a primary liaison with software vendors for support and relationship management
- Assist in the implementation of new software platforms and enhancements
- Support financial planning, operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, and system scalability
What You'll Need
- Experience supporting ERP or financial systems, preferably Yardi Voyager
- Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented approach
- Understanding of real estate, property management, or accounting environments
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work with integrity
- Experience with system implementations and data validation
