Job Summary:
Works with other installers and independently, in the completion of installs and service calls.

Key Job Responsibilities:
- Complete complex audio/video installs, setup, and calibration with Control4 programming
- Advanced troubleshooting of simple and complex systems
- Advanced networking/data system design, installation, and setup
- Complete programming of Control4 systems, including integrations
- Support of third-party products and systems
- Install and setup of shades, LED lighting, landscape lighting, etc
Minimum Job Requirements:
- 1-3 years experience in Control4 programming and system setup, Control4 certification preferred
- 1-3 years experience installing, calibrating, whole house audio/video, home theaters, surround sound systems
- High level of customer interaction - Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly detailed, organized, and multitask driven
- Ability to work on rotating “on-call” service schedule
- Clean driving record and background check
- Minimum of 3 years of field experience
Optional Job Qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience in security systems: wiring, setup, programming, troubleshooting, setup monitoring services (Honeywell, DSC)
- 3-5 years experience in CCTV systems: wiring, design, setup, troubleshooting
- 3-5 years experience in structure wiring: cabling, terminations, testing
