Job Description Under the supervision of the Chief Operating Officer the
program assistant and/or CNA is responsible for assisting professional
program staff members as needed to implement program services and meet
the individual needs of the participants while promoting independence.
Working in a medical model ADH facility, the program assistant/CNA must
maintain participant confidentiality and conduct themselves in a
professional manner.
