About Role

As a Program Manager, you will oversee the successful execution of programs within the Anthem Next Generation Avionics portfolio. You will be responsible for managing the full program lifecycle, driving strategic alignment, ensuring software maturity, and delivering results across cross-functional teams. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee execution of complex aerospace programs
- Manage full program lifecycle including planning, execution, and delivery
- Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
- Drive software development lifecycle activities including maturity tracking and issue resolution
- Implement and monitor program metrics, including Earned Value Management
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external customers
- Ensure alignment with strategic business objectives and quality standards
- Drive continuous improvement, reporting accuracy, and process optimization
- Provide guidance and mentorship to engineering and program teams
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in program management or related roles
- At least 3 years of experience in the aerospace industry
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs
- Strong understanding of program management methodologies and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
