We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our client's accounting team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, a keen eye for accuracy, and the ability to handle financial data with confidentiality.
Overview Of The Bookkeeper Role
- Maintain and update financial records for the warehouse company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Track and manage inventory transactions in coordination with warehouse operations.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Generate and analyze financial reports for management review.
Bookkeeper's Preferred Qualificatons
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
