Business Analysis – Lead workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements, map them to
Global Unison capabilities and document functional specifications / technical specifications along with the offshore.
Leading business analysis and documenting amd presenting as-is and to-be process flows to clients.
Able to organize and lead business workshops in a virtual environment.
Manage offshore teams and accountability for delivery.
Manage budget, critical project communications and lead the business and IT stakeholder management and governance.
