Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.
- Experience with Redux, React Hooks, Context API, or similar state management tools.
- Deep understanding of component lifecycle, virtual DOM, and functional programming concepts.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming.
- Knowledge of Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn, and modern build pipelines.
- Hands on experience in responsive design, cross browser compatibility, and performance tuning.
- Exposure to Git, Jira, Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Experience with Next.js, Node.js, or full stack development.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design basics or tools like Figma/Adobe XD.
- Experience with React Testing Library, Jest, or other testing frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop new user facing features using ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Redux.
- Build reusable components, front end libraries, and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Translate UI/UX wireframes into high quality, responsive code.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and work closely with backend teams.
- Troubleshoot front end issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
- Support code reviews, unit testing, and best practices.
- Collaborate with BA, QA, and product teams to deliver high quality features on schedule.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and stand ups.
- Ensure adherence to security, performance, and coding standards.
Salary Range $110000-$120,000 year
