Software Engineer Sr/Java Developer

Key Responsibilities
- Hands-on Java development (coding-focused role)
- Work closely with Agile team to understand user stories and meet acceptance criteria
- Participate in full SDLC including development, testing, and delivery
- Modify and enhance existing software for performance and scalability
- Troubleshoot issues and implement fixes
- Collaborate with engineering teams for system design and integration
- Support software validation, testing, and deployment activities
- Coach and mentor junior developers when needed
Technical Skills
- Must Have 5+ years of Java development experience
- Nice to Have Ability to mentor/coach junior developers
Soft Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
- Team collaboration mindset
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
