Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Own end to end governance, delivery, and outcomes of MasTec’s Oracle Fusion program
- Define and manage the program roadmap, release strategy, milestones, and inter dependencies
- Lead cross functional teams including MasTec business leaders, IT, system integrators, and vendors
- Act as primary interface to CIO, CFO, and executive stakeholders
- Manage budget, forecasting, change control, and vendor performance
- Ensure compliance with MasTec security, SOX, audit, and regulatory standards
- Drive issue resolution, executive escalations, cutover readiness, and go live success
Roles & Responsibilities
- 12+ years of ERP program management experience, including Oracle Fusion Cloud
- Proven delivery of large, multi workstream enterprise programs
- Strong executive communication, governance, and leadership capability
Salary Range $120,000-$130,000 years
