Must-have skills:
- 7+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a large, high-pace tech environment
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related engineering field
- Strong verbal and written communication; ability to influence stakeholders via data-driven reporting
- Experience overseeing large-scale complex migrations and integrations
- Ability to manage full program lifecycle: planning, execution, stakeholder communication, dependency/risk management, progress tracking
- Agile program execution and high-level planning (quarterly/yearly)
- Process improvement and operational/cost excellence; use of data and metrics to drive decisions
- Familiarity with modern software development practices/technologies (containerization, microservices, CI/CD)
- Knowledge of AWS and modern cloud architectures; security platforms and frameworks
- Experience with scripting languages and SQL queries
- Self-driven; able to create urgency in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Good-to-have skills:
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion
