Job Title: Python Developer
Location: Wilmington DE
Contract to hire role
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards and visualizations to support Risk and Control reporting and insights
- Identify manual or repetitive processes and develop Python-based automation solutions to improve efficiency and scalability
- Develop production-quality Python code to ingest, transform, validate, and analyze structured and semi-structured data
- Prototype and deliver AI-enabled / agentic solutions that enhance Risk and Control workflows in partnership with control owners, process leads, and cross-functional stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence
- Experience building and maintaining Tableau dashboards and data visualizations
- Hands-on experience developing solutions using Python
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SQL and relational data concepts, including joins, aggregations, and basic performance optimization
- Exposure to AI, agentic tools, or automation frameworks
- Experience building workflow automation, including repeatable pipelines, scheduled jobs, or batch processes
- Familiarity with risk, control, or governance concepts
