The Role
- Develop and maintain a sophisticated low-latency trading platform, ensuring 99.999% uptime for mission-critical systems.
- Engineered high-availability infrastructure to manage real-time data feeds and automated trade-execution pipelines.
- Optimize code for maximum performance, focusing on multithreading and memory management to reduce execution jitter.
- Work directly on front-office tools, bridging the gap between quantitative research and live market execution.
- Shape the future technical roadmap of the firm during its critical expansion into a proprietary trading model.
What You'll Need
- 0-4 years of experience – this is an ideal role for an elite Computer Science graduate or a junior engineer with a high-growth mindset.
- Advanced proficiency in Python (ideally as your primary language) and experience with performance-critical libraries.
- Exposure to compiled languages such as C++, Rust, or C# for low-level system development.
- Strong understanding of multithreaded programming and writing high-concurrency, performance-oriented code.
- A genuine passion for financial markets and a drive to solve complex problems in high-availability systems.
