We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data governance and AI/ML to drive impactful solutions in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI data governance policies to ensure compliance and data quality.
- Manage AI/ML data pipelines, including ingestion, labeling, and feature engineering.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote best practices in data stewardship.
- Conduct bias reviews and maintain data lineage to uphold governance standards.
- Utilize MLOps tools to streamline model training and deployment processes.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and executive teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Skills
- Proven experience in data governance or data stewardship, particularly in AI/ML contexts.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML data pipelines and familiarity with relevant tools.
- Working knowledge of SQL and basic Python programming.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery.
- Knowledge of governance/catalog tools like Collibra or Informatica.
- Proven ability to lead discussions and drive adoption of governance practices.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
