About the Role
We are hiring for one of our clients seeking a Terminal Operator responsible for the safe and efficient operation of terminal equipment and daily terminal activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate terminal equipment for loading, unloading, and transferring materials
- Ensure accurate handling, storage, and shipment of products
- Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing materials
- Maintain terminal facilities and equipment in good working condition
- Process documentation such as bills of lading
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and report operational concerns
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient terminal operations
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of relevant work experience
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office or equivalent tools
- Familiarity with SAP or similar systems preferred

- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks as required for the role
Work Environment & Safety
This role requires adherence to workplace safety standards, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Where respirators are required, candidates must be able to meet safety fit requirements.
