Program Manager
We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!
The Role
• Lead the implementation and sustainment of a complex cybersecurity program within a healthcare facility.
• Engage regularly with hospital leaders in IT, clinical, quality, security, and audit functions.
• Provide guidance on cybersecurity issues related to medical devices and urgent threats.
• Support internal and external cybersecurity audits and lead remediation efforts.
• Oversee local cybersecurity training and awareness programs for staff and leadership.
• Evaluate and develop cybersecurity competencies within the team.
What You'll Need
• Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder cybersecurity programs, preferably in a healthcare environment.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity standards, healthcare compliance requirements, and risk management practices.
• Excellent project and program management skills.
• Familiarity with healthcare technologies, especially medical devices.
• Effective communicator with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
