The Role
• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of core database infrastructure.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, guiding teams on database best practices and solutions.
• Enhance platform performance and scalability through code optimization and system upgrades.
• Troubleshoot and resolve highly complex database platform issues.
• Mentor platform engineering teams and lead code quality initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement in database development and deployment processes.
What You'll Need
• Extensive experience in platform engineering, with a focus on databases.
• Proven success in technical leadership and defining operational standards.
• Deep expertise in database design, modeling, and enterprise data solutions.
• Strong background in architecting and managing complex relational database systems.
• Expert-level proficiency in Oracle DB & SQL and relational database principles.
• Demonstrated ability to design, maintain, and upgrade comprehensive database architectures.
