Senior Embedded Software Engineer | Hybrid | $111,300.00 - $166,900.00

• The Role
• Design, develop, create, modify, and validate embedded and cloud edge software and applications.
• Analyze user needs, software requirements, and constraints to design and customize software for optimal operational efficiency.
• Design and implement software modules for large-scale products and systems.
• Lead design, coding, unit testing, debugging, and integration efforts to ensure project specifications and schedules are met.
• Perform complex code reviews, regression tests, and triage/fix issues to ensure code quality.
• Collaborate with hardware, systems, and test engineers to ensure solutions work across components.
• Write detailed technical documentation for complex software projects.
• What You'll Need
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of software engineering experience.
• OR Master's degree in a related field and 1+ year of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of academic or work experience with programming languages like C, C++, or Python.
• 3+ years of experience in embedded software development.
• Experience with Git, Perforce, or other Source Code Management systems.
• Familiarity with Lauterbach Trace32/JTAG debugging and ARM architecture.
