Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Assistant Controller to support financial reporting, month-end closing, and daily accounting operations. This role works closely with the Controller and Finance team to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the organization. The ideal candidate can balance technical accounting knowledge with hands-on operational execution in a fast-paced environment. The position reports to the ACI Controller.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Support internal and external reporting requirements.
• Support internal controls, policy adherence, and audit requests.
• Ensure accounting procedures meet company and GAAP standards.
• Assist with SOX, internal audit, or external audit preparation as needed.
• Prepare financial presentations and participate in special projects as required.
• Coordinate activities with external auditors.

Qualifications:

• BS degree in Accounting or equivalent experience in manufacturing / technology environment.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in corporate accounting or finance.
• Oracle Fusion experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills include pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical thinking.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Continuous improvement mindset and openness to new tools and processes.
