About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Healthcare Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.

- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages including SQL, Python, R, or similar.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within healthcare data to support operational improvements and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Assist in the development of predictive models and algorithms to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes impacting healthcare data analysis.
