A global technology leader is seeking a Senior Mainframe Quality Engineer to support their platform used by enterprise customers worldwide. It enables teams to build applications from a single modeling environment, generating native code across mainframe, Linux, UNIX, and Windows. This is a mission critical platform with real customer impact at global scale.
This role is ideal for a senior, hands on QA professional with strong end to end testing experience, combining manual mainframe testing with Python based automation. The position is 100% onsite in Plano, TX, offering strong bonus and RSU potential, and extensive in house training on internal tools including the PTG2 automation framework.
Required Skills & Experience
- Senior-level QA experience testing Mainframe software
- Strong end-to-end testing mindset
- Experience with test automation, preferably using Python
- Hands-on manual testing experience on mainframe applications
- Agile testing experience
