ADDITIONAL REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 1 yr. of Credit Union experience, customer service experience or Degree in related field
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to multi-task and work within deadline timeframes
- The ability to work independently while displaying initiative
- Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Exhibits strong attention to detail and organization skills

JOB SUMMARY:
- Review all incoming title work documents for accuracy and completeness on collateralized loans.
- Audit Consumer Loans for the Credit Union.
- Work and manage all relevant lending reports pertaining to titles and audit to ensure all liens are completed within appropriate timeframes and all loans have been audited.
- Work with the loan team to determine all necessary and correct title work documentation.
- Processing title documents and securing proper liens.
- Securing UCC liens when applicable.
- Correcting existing title problems.
- Answer Member calls in relation to title work.
- Work with title offices in various counties and states to ensure perfected liens.
- Stay up to date with state regulations and policies.
- Scan loan documents to optical and audit digital versions
- Keep current with our Products and Services.

Location: Administration (Port Neches)
Hours: Scheduled for 40-hours per week between the hours of Monday through Friday 8:15AM to 5:15PM
