- System Design & Architecture: Participate in the design of scalable, fault-tolerant, distributed systems.
- Full Lifecycle Ownership: Participate in the entire software development life cycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering and planning to deployment and maintenance.
- Testing & Debugging: Perform unit, integration, and system testing; troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Collaboration: Work with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define requirements and deliver solutions.
- Code Quality: Participate in code reviews and advocate for best coding practices and standards.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for systems and applications.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers (especially for SDE-2/SDE-3 levels).

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Programming Languages: Proficiency in one or more languages such as Java, Python, C++, or C#.
- Fundamentals: Strong knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Object-Oriented Design.
- Database Knowledge: Experience with SQL and relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) or NoSQL databases.
- Tools: Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD tools.
- Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
