Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry / Wire Processor with experience or basic knowledge of wire processing. This role involves entering wire instructions accurately into a banking platform and ensuring compliance with required formats.
Key Responsibilities
- Input and process wire transactions using banking platforms (JPMorgan Chase preferred)
- Verify and enter critical wire details such as:
- Routing number
- Account number
- Account registration
- "For Further Credit" instructions
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all wire entries
- Maintain proper documentation and records
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic knowledge or experience in wire processing
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to understand and follow wire instructions and formats
Work Schedule
- Onsite for the first 3-6 months
- Transition to hybrid schedule (minimum 3 days/week in office)
- Must include Monday or Friday onsite
- Flexibility to work overtime and occasional weekends
