Senior Data Engineer | Hybrid

This employer is seeking a talented individual to join their Enterprise Finance Technology team and play a pivotal role in shaping strategic decision-making through advanced data solutions.
The Role
• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows.
• Ensure data integrity through automated quality checks and validation frameworks.
• Independently plan, manage, and deliver end-to-end data projects.
• Support dashboard and reporting development, leading enhancements to financial processes.
• Partner with finance and analytics teams to design viable data solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and stay current on emerging data technologies.
What You'll Need
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4+ years of experience in data engineering or architecture.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering, business intelligence, and/or enterprise analytics.
• Advanced SQL proficiency and experience with data integration tools.
• Strong working experience with data modeling, data storage techniques, and cloud environments like Snowflake and AWS.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts, ETL/ELT patterns, and business intelligence tools.
• Proven project management experience with complex system implementations and Git.
