Description
Position Summary:
The Print & Mail Services Work Study Assistant provides support to the department by assistant with general and clerical duties under the direct supervision of the Manager, Purchasing, Mail & Print Services.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Assisting with inventory management
- Assisting with processing of print requests and mail and order distribution
- Assist with organization and cleanliness of purchasing and print services areas
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
- Effective communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time
- Candidate must be a currently enrolled Franklin University student with Federal Work Study eligibility as part of the financial aid package
Additional Notes
- Candidate should be able to work 20-25 hours per week, Monday – Friday between the hours or 8 am and 5 pm
