SpecPro Sustainment and Environmental (SSE) is seeking a Facilities Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (FSRM) Program Development Analyst to support the Air Force Civil Engineer Center’s (AFCEC) Asset Management Framework managed out of AFCEC/CF (Facility Engineering). The Air Force utilizes Asset Management processes, procedures, and strategies to optimize infrastructure life-cycle management while balancing risk and fiscal constraints. The successful candidate will be part of the SSE team providing innovative solutions to execute the FSRM program’s objectives. The role will include supporting the FSRM Program Development Branch (AFCEC/CFPO) with strategic planning and coordination of repair project packages submitted for Higher Headquarters’ (HHQ) approval, ensuring each package complies with asset management principles, programming policy, and programming business rules
