Job Requirements
Deploy and configure product software on both Windows and Linux in AWS.
Setup client virtualization technologies like Parallels and AppStream on AWS Cloud.
Proactively Monitor the Cloud and respond to Cloud downtime notifications.
Maintenance and patching of existing AWS infrastructure.
Generate usage reports on Cloud.
Perform cost optimization analysis on Cloud deployments.
Installation and configuration of Terarecon products on customer network remotely or onsite.
Perform Data migration as required in line with the requirements of the customer.
Testing and verification of deployed applications on-prem as well as Cloud.
Ensure continuous oversight of cloud services, proactively addressing resource utilization, capacity, and downtime to maintain business continuity and minimize operational impact.
Maintenance and upgrade of customer’s tenant on Terarecon’s Cloud.
Work with third party vendors (EMR, PACS, VNA) for integrations.
Conduct Technical training for customer’s IT staff.
Occasional travel for installation and service visits to assigned territories and possibly abroad.
Assist with post-installation support as and when required.
Complete documentation of installation activities in the CRM.
Managing customer service department projects/duties as required by management.
Conduct internal knowledge transfer.
Provide technical expertise on Terarecon’s Cloud offering regarding Authentication, Storage, System specs, etc
Work Experience
Bachelor’s Degree or IT Certification in a technical field or equivalent
AWS Cloud Practioner Certification required and AWS Solutions Architect preferred.
Good analytical and written communications skills
Enterprise server, workstation, networking, storage installation, and trouble-shooting skills
Knowledge of any, or all, of the following is a plus but not required: DICOM, PACS, HL7 and EMR,
