We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate
QMHP Program Manager to support daily office operations while providing quality mental health services to clients. This unique dual-role is perfect for someone who thrives in both
administrative leadership and
behavioral health support.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily office operations, scheduling, records, and staff workflow
- Manage office communications, supplies, vendors, and administrative efficiency
- Provide direct mental health support services to clients
- Complete assessments, monitor progress, and maintain clinical documentation
- Collaborate with treatment teams and support quality client care
- Ensure compliance, confidentiality, and trauma-informed practices
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, or related field preferred
- QMHP certification/license or eligibility required
- 2+ years of office management and/or behavioral health experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management systems
- Passion for helping others and supporting a positive workplace culture
