2. About the Opportunity:

The Fullstack AI Engineer role involves designing and delivering high-quality AI-driven web applications that solve complex global business challenges. This position contributes by developing both frontend and backend components, including AI data pipelines and cloud infrastructure, ensuring seamless and robust solutions. The role requires ownership of product features and collaboration with cross-functional teams to shape product vision and enhance user experience.

3. Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications and Generative AI workflows.
• Contribute to key architectural decisions to ensure responsive and intuitive user interfaces.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and AI/ML engineers to drive product vision and translate user needs into features.
• Manage cloud deployment processes and optimize model and application performance.
• Integrate LLM APIs and backend services.
• Develop and maintain backend services using Python, NodeJS, or Go.
• Manage cloud infrastructure with AWS.

4. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Expertise in fullstack web development using React, Next.js, or TypeScript.
• Experience integrating Generative AI, LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Bedrock), and vector databases.
• Strong knowledge of web UI/UX best practices and user-centered design.
• Backend development skills in Python, NodeJS, or Go, including RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures and prompt engineering.
• Proven ability to build and deploy scalable, production-grade applications.
• Skills in managing CI/CD pipelines to cloud platforms.
• Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms, focusing on cloud architecture and backend infrastructure.
• Excellent communication and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to balance speed and quality in a fast-moving environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with UX Design for AI products.
• Knowledge of natural language processing for legal or business applications.
• Experience in Product Management or an entrepreneurial mindset.

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• The annual gross base salary range for this position is $117,600 - $147,000 plus variable compensation.
• Final placement within the range is based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
