For our client, we are seeking a Full Stack Software Developer to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.
This remote role offers the opportunity to build and enhance product-level software across multiple layers of the stack in a fast-moving, collaborative environment. The position blends hands-on development with technical design input, code quality, and problem-solving for complex systems. You will work closely with cross-functional partners in agile sprints to help deliver reliable solutions that support product evolution and business goals.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Write, maintain, and enhance product-level code across multiple layers of the tech stack
- Participate in technical design reviews, contributing ideas and collaborating with senior engineers
- Engage in cross-functional agile sprints to ensure alignment with business objectives during product development
- Adhere to coding best practices and participate in peer code reviews to improve overall code quality
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and develop root-cause analysis skills under senior guidance
- Drive system performance improvements and proactively manage technical documentation alongside product evolution
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in software development, with a focus on full-stack applications
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin and SQL, with a proven record in robust application development
- Exposure to event-driven architecture and streaming tools like Apache Kafka
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for application deployment
- Solid understanding of IoT systems and managing large-scale data sets
- Interest in agentic code generation for optimizing workflows and development processes
- Curiosity about hardware integration and embedded systems
